Arithmetic
- The Decimal System - is based on ten whole numbers, often called integers, from 0-9.
- With the addition of a negative (-) sign, numbers small than ten can be indicated.
- Fractions - describe quantities that fall between whole numbers.
- Common Fractions - are used when the space between two integers id divided into equal segments such as fourths.
- Decimal Fractions - are used to divide the space between integers by ten segments.
- The Binary System - a number system based on only two digits that's used in electronic calculations.
- The base two numbers used are only 0 and 1.
